What is Reformer Pilates?

A sliding carriage. Adjustable springs. Movement that meets you exactly where you are. Reformer Pilates is a mindful movement method using specialised equipment to help your body move better and feel better. The reformer is a sliding carriage machine with adjustable spring resistance, ropes, and straps that allow for smooth, controlled movement through a wide range of motion. Where a gym pushes load and a yoga class focuses on held postures, reformer Pilates lives in the middle: low impact, high control, and tailored to your body. Sneha Ajith

APPI-trained, practising since 2017. A deeply personal approach to movement — built from a lifetime in dance, Kalari, and martial arts.

Sneha's background includes classical dance, Kalaripayattu, boxing, and Muay Thai. Having overcome her own movement-related injuries through Pilates, she teaches with a focus on mindful movement, strength with control, and a deeper connection with the body.

She has also appeared on screen as an actor — bringing the same focus and presence to her work in film.

Reformer uses spring-loaded resistance for strength, mobility, stability, posture correction, and injury prevention. More progressive than mat, more dynamic than yoga's held postures.
Yes — changing rooms and a shower available at the studio.
Reschedule, don't cancel — move a booked session to another slot up to 12 hours before it starts and the session follows you. Within 12 hours, or a no-show, the session is used. Only the studio can cancel a class, which returns the session to you.
Almost certainly. Springs support before they challenge, making reformer one of the most beginner-friendly forms of strength work. Pick a starter plan and book your first one-on-one session online.
